Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday!

With all the challenges experienced here in Santa Rosa, so many are celebrative of the line in the sand which signifies the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019. The symbolism is a welcomed aspect of life. It gives individuals a way of separating and stepping away from compartmentalizing experiences and start anew. The ego needs resets to give it the power to label a new segment to compare with old segments of time. This can encourage change, hope, and optimism. This creates the potency of “Happy New Years."

The ego has nothing to do with the enlightened moment of no time. So, the moment of the new year line is just a moment. I was asked if it would make sense to say, “happy enlightenment?” The answer is, to the ego, it might smile and wonder what you’re talking about, and to someone in the liberated moment, they might say, “yes” or just smile.

Hope, optimism, change or just a smile. However you experience it is perfect, in this moment.

I just want to express my joy in being a part of your world.
