It seems like the volume of the world has been turned up. The world is reacting to fear, not love, dollars, not (common)sense, manipulation, not cooperation.
The coronavirus once again reminds us that our health is our golden key. The current virus attacks those with lower immune or lung health, and they are hit hardest. Notice that some healthy individuals do contract the virus, but very few die. What is the clear message? Be proactive and raise your level of health. Don't wait. Do it every day. Find your groove to living a life without limits.
