DOSAGE:

It is important that detoxification be slow enough to be comfortable. We recommend that you begin with 5-15 drops two to three times a day, between meals.
Many individuals take 15 to 30 drops or more three times a day for maintenance. Hold the water under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing so it can be rapidly absorbed by the mucous membranes and pass into every cell.
