The new Biden Infrastructure bill has allocated
$100 Billion for high-speed (5G) infrastructure to reach 100 percent Coverage (all of the USA).
$20 billion to connect neighborhoods (upgrade networks for 5G?) cut off from internet access. 
$50 Billion to improve the infrastructure resilience (5G resilience?)
