• Tape a silica disk to the back of your monitor with the label (energy side) facing the screen.
• For laptops, place the disk on the back of the screen, not the bottom (which heats up and may block vents).

• Lay the disk flat with the label (energy side) facing up.
• Place your device directly on top to harmonize and neutralize signal disruption at its source.
